Russian Clients Visit Factory and Conduct On-site Acceptance of 1200-3000mm Hollow Wall Winding Pipe Equipment

Recently, a delegation of Russian clients specializing in municipal engineering and pipeline construction paid a special visit to our factory for on-site inspection and acceptance of the 1200-3000mm hollow wall winding pipe equipment customized for their projects. The successful completion of the acceptance marks a solid step forward in the in-depth cooperation between the two parties in the field of high-end plastic pipeline equipment. Accompanied by the company's management team and technical directors, the Russian delegation first visited the production workshop, where they inspected the entire production process of the hollow wall winding pipe equipment, including raw material processing, component assembly, and precision debugging. The clients carefully observed the operation of key components, asked in detail about the equipment's technical parameters, production efficiency, and quality control standards, and highly recognized the advanced production technology, strict quality management system and standardized workshop management of our factory. The focus of this visit was the on-site acceptance of the 1200-3000mm hollow wall winding pipe equipment. In accordance with the pre-signed cooperation agreement and international technical standards, the Russian clients, together with our technical team, carried out a comprehensive performance test on the equipment. It's a fundamental piece of equipment in plastic processing due to its simplicity and efficiency. Feeding: Plastic pellets or granules are fed into the extruder through a hopper.  2.Melting: The rotating screw conveys the plastic forward, and the heat from the barrel and friction between the screw and barrel melt the plastic.  3.Mixing: The screw design helps to mix and homogenize the molten plastic.  4.Shaping: The molten plastic is then forced through a die, which gives it the desired shape.  Cooling: The extruded product is cooled and solidified, often through water baths or air cooling. 

How is HDPE solid-wall wound pipe produced?

HDPE solid-wall wound pipe is typically produced through a process that involves continuous extrusion of the polymer melt around a mandrel, followed by cooling and cutting. The molten HDPE is forced through an annular die, forming the solid wall of the pipe. 

How is HDPE hollow wall wound pipe produced?

HDPE hollow wall wound pipes are produced using a winding process that forms a unique, structural ribbing within the pipe wall. This process involves extruding a rectangular tube embryo, winding it, and then welding it to form the final hollow-wall structure.

How are PE pipes produced?

The specific steps of the polyethylene(PE) pipe production process are as follows: 1. Raw materials are mixed and dried The function of mixing and drying is to stir, dry and mix polyethylene(PE) resin and color masterbatch to obtain uniform raw materials. If it has been PE compounds, there is no need to add color masterbatch. 2. Plasticizing and extrusion The raw material enters the extruder from the hopper. Under the action of conveying, compression, melting, and homogenization, the solid particles gradually change to a highly elastic state, and then gradually change from a highly elastic state to a viscous fluid (viscous fluid state), and continue Squeeze out. 3. Mold forming At a suitable temperature, the material extruded from the extruder passes through the filter plate from a rotary motion to a linear motion and enters the mold. After spiral splitting, it is fused and compacted into a tubular parison in the forming section, and finally extruded from the die. 4. Cooling and shaping The hot tube billet extruded from the die is shaped and cooled by the sizing sleeve vacuum sizing box under negative pressure, and then passes through the spray cooling box to gradually cool the inside of the pipe, thereby solidifying and setting the shape as a whole. 5. Laser coding and printing marks. Advanced laser printers are used to print the marks on the pipes, including pipe standards, raw material grade, applications, brand, production time, production batch, and pipe diameter, wall thickness, pressure rate and other information. These information should be ensured that it will not be disappeared after being buried to realize the traceability of the product. 6. Cutting Under the control of the meter wheel, the fixed-length cutting of the pipe is completed by the planetary cutting machine. 7. Stacking and packaging The cut pipes are pushed to the turning table, packaged and transported after passing the inspection. If you need to store it, be sure to avoid sunlight.
