Russian Clients Visit Factory and Conduct On-site Acceptance of 1200-3000mm Hollow Wall Winding Pipe Equipment

Recently, a delegation of Russian clients specializing in municipal engineering and pipeline construction paid a special visit to our factory for on-site inspection and acceptance of the 1200-3000mm hollow wall winding pipe equipment customized for their projects. The successful completion of the acceptance marks a solid step forward in the in-depth cooperation between the two parties in the field of high-end plastic pipeline equipment.

Accompanied by the company's management team and technical directors, the Russian delegation first visited the production workshop, where they inspected the entire production process of the hollow wall winding pipe equipment, including raw material processing, component assembly, and precision debugging. The clients carefully observed the operation of key components, asked in detail about the equipment's technical parameters, production efficiency, and quality control standards, and highly recognized the advanced production technology, strict quality management system and standardized workshop management of our factory.

The focus of this visit was the on-site acceptance of the 1200-3000mm hollow wall winding pipe equipment. In accordance with the pre-signed cooperation agreement and international technical standards, the Russian clients, together with our technical team, carried out a comprehensive performance test on the equipment. The test items included pipe diameter accuracy, wall thickness uniformity, winding tightness, production speed and automatic control system stability. After a full-day rigorous testing, all technical indicators of the equipment fully met or exceeded the agreed standards, and the clients formally signed the acceptance confirmation document on the spot.

During the subsequent exchange meeting, the two parties had in-depth discussions on the follow-up equipment installation, commissioning, technical training and after-sales service. The Russian client representative said that the professional manufacturing capability and reliable product quality displayed by our factory made them more confident in the follow-up cooperation. They hoped that through this cooperation, we could further strengthen technical exchanges and achieve win-win development in the broader international market.

The relevant person in charge of our factory stated that the successful on-site acceptance by Russian clients is an important recognition of our product quality and technical strength.
