• Extruder: Employs a single-screw or twin-screw extruder with an optimized screw length-to-diameter ratio, achieving efficient plasticization and uniform melting of HDPE raw materials.
• Die System: Equipped with dedicated HDPE pipe dies, featuring an optimized die flow channel design to ensure stable melt extrusion and adaptability to molding requirements of different diameters from 20-1200mm.
• Cooling and Shaping System: Includes a vacuum shaping box and a spray cooling tank, utilizing a dual effect of vacuum adsorption and spray cooling to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface smoothness of the pipes.
